This page was inspired by Sasha Chislenko, a recognized expert in intelligent cognitive systems.
Sasha was the Director of Recommendation Systems at Intelligenesis Corporation, and researched complex systems built from multiple agents, content-aware media, and semantic spaces at the MIT Media Lab.   He worked on Automated Collaborative Filtering (ACF) software as Senior Software Engineer at Firefly Network (acquired by Microsoft).  He has lectured at the Soviet Academy of Sciences and achieved a Masters of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Leningrad State University.
He was also an essayist and philosopher on issues “advanced and frontierish” such as Technology as Extension of Human Functional Architecture.
Sasha recently passed away, and will be sincerely missed.

Buying the books from the links on these pages support Rebecca, Carolyn and Melissa's College Fund - I set them up as an affiliate program to teach them how the web makes money :-)

They then use the money earned to learn about stocks and investing.  Try it with your kids, they'll enjoy it.
